Travel Nurse Intel™ offers digital products, downloadable resources, subscription services, and software tools delivered through this website and related applications. Because many products are delivered immediately and digital content cannot be returned, all sales are subject to the terms outlined below.
Digital Products and Downloadable Resources
All sales of digital products, downloadable resources, reports, templates, and educational materials are final once delivery has occurred. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are generally not available after purchase.
Subscription Services
Subscription plans are billed in advance and renew automatically according to the billing terms disclosed at checkout. Customers may cancel future renewals at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting support. Except where required by law, partial refunds are not provided for unused portions of a billing period.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered, at our sole discretion, in cases of duplicate transactions, billing errors, or verified technical issues that prevented access to a purchased product or service.
